At P4PET, we aim to provide reliable, safe, and high-quality care for your pets. We understand that plans may sometimes change, and this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are processed for our services.
By booking any service through our website or contacting us directly, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Grooming Service Refund Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all pet parents, the following refund terms apply to grooming services:
- Grooming appointments canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time on the same day are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours without rescheduling will receive an 80% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours with rescheduling will incur a ₹200 rescheduling fee.
- If you are not satisfied with the grooming service:
- Complaints raised within 3 hours of service completion are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Complaints raised within 6 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be processed after 24 hours from completion of the service.
Pet Boarding Service Refund Policy
Boarding slots are reserved exclusively for your pet; therefore, cancellation timelines affect refund eligibility.
- Booking deposits are non-refundable once confirmed.
- If no deposit has been paid, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Cancellation within 1 month before the booking date – 40% refund of the total amount.
- Cancellation within 1 week before the booking date – 60% refund of the total amount.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking confirmation – 100% refund.
Veterinary Service Refund Policy
For veterinary consultations and related services:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee depending on the consultation type and time reserved.
- Refunds are not available for completed consultations, used or dispensed medications, or partially used services.
General Refund Guidelines
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
- Service-specific terms mentioned during booking may override general policy clauses.
- Refund eligibility may vary depending on operational or safety considerations related to pet care.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine or unavoidable situations. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss their concerns.
