At P4PET, we understand that plans may change and you may need to cancel or reschedule a booked service. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations for our pet care services.
By booking any service with P4PET through our website, phone, or direct communication, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
Service Reservations
- Reservations canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or arrival time are eligible for a full refund.
- Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service or reservation.
These terms help us manage staff scheduling and ensure availability for other pet parents.
Events and Private Bookings
For special events, group bookings, or private pet services, cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the booking. Customers are advised to review the cancellation details mentioned in their booking confirmation or service agreement.
Grooming Service Cancellation
- Grooming services include a 24-hour satisfaction assurance period from the time of service completion.
- If you are not satisfied with the grooming service, you may request cancellation or refund eligibility within 24 hours of the service.
- Requests made within this 24-hour period may qualify for a full reimbursement after review.
- After 24 hours from service completion, cancellation or refund requests will no longer be eligible.
We encourage customers to report any concerns or dissatisfaction as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are subject to service availability.
- Advance notice is recommended to avoid cancellation charges.
- Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in service restrictions or booking limitations.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen situations may occur. Cancellation exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of P4PET management.
Policy Updates
P4PET reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
